Organic white quinoa, also known as quinoa Rice. It successfully replaces traditional groats or pasta. It works perfectly as an ingredient in soups and as an addition to vegetables, sauces, baked goods, and desserts.

It is recommended to pour hot water over the quinoa grains through a fine sieve, then cook in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of quinoa to 2 portions of water) for approx. 25 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
