For mouthwash. Use twice daily. For optimal effectiveness, use morning and evening after brushing your teeth. Pour 20 ml (4 teaspoons x 5 ml) into a cup, rinse thoroughly on the teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out the liquid.
