500 daN belts, i.e. ERGO belts
They differ from a standard 50mm belt with a tensioner in the size and construction of the tensioner.
The longer lever and a stronger tensioner allow you to tighten the belt more tightly with the same force than in standard belts. A value of 500 daN means that the load will be pressed to the ground with a force of 500 daN, i.e.
500 kg. The STF parameter value of standard 50 mm tensioners ranges from 300 to 400 daN (depending on the manufacturer).
