【Larger and More Satisfying. Asahigohan's Extra Large Rice Cake】 Born from customer requests for larger rice cakes, each one weighs about 75-80g. With a substantial texture, it is perfect for ozoni, grilled rice cakes, and pot. It holds its shape well when grilled or boiled, adding a luxurious touch to winter dining. 【100% Fukuoka Prefecture Glutinous Rice, Additive-Free Gentle Taste】 Made with glutinous rice grown with pure water from Mount Homan in Fukuoka Prefecture and "Yoka Compost" from Miyake Farm. The absence of excess moisture creates strong elasticity, stickiness, and rich aroma. Prepared using traditional methods without adding anything other than water for washing and soaking the rice, it is finished in a short time. No additives, preservatives, or colorings are used. 【Great Texture Whether Grilled or Boiled】 Even in a thicker, larger size, it retains the unique elasticity of hand-pounded rice cakes. When grilled, the outside is fragrant while the inside is fluffy and chewy. It shines in various dishes such as ozoni, kinako rice cakes, karami rice cakes, pot, and rice cake pizza. 【Frozen Storage for Freshness Anytime】 For portions that cannot be finished, freezing is recommended.
