The recorder has built-in software, ensuring immediate operation. Work time is recorded through triple verification: a fingerprint, a 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz RFID card or key fob, and a PIN. A large display and convenient buttons make work easier and more enjoyable.
The device is designed for every company. It can store up to 1,000 employees and up to 100,000 logins, ensuring continuity in employee time management.
Convenient data collection
The recorder allows you to record data without installing additional software. All information regarding work time records is saved in the internal memory.
Data can be downloaded from the device or via a USB flash drive or external drive. It is possible to generate a report for all logins, once for a selected employee and period. To run a report, the recorder does not require any external software, and the device automatically creates a text document containing the selected data.
In addition to its basic functions, the TimeLok-300NWEPBI time and attendance recorder also features: WiFi, WEB, and P2P, a computer network communication model in which all network nodes are peers and can directly communicate and exchange data.
The WiFi module is only used to synchronize data between devices and cannot be used to transfer data to a computer to generate reports.
In addition to the features mentioned above, the device is also equipped with an additional battery that allows for up to 4 hours of operation without power, and a Wiegand IC, an integrated circuit used for communication between devices such as readers and buttons, and access control systems.
This means the time and attendance recorder can also be used as an access control device, for example, for rooms in the workplace.

The card is equipped with a MIfare 1K S50 chip. It uses 13.56 MHz radio frequency technology for proper operation. Any content can be successfully printed on it using a special card printer. This increases its scope of application.
