Instructions for Use:
1. Practice fitting: Place the tray against the upper gums and suck out the air between the tray and the gums so that the tray completely covers the surface of the teeth.
Tip: Practicing twice is recommended, as this is a crucial step in the molding process. The same practice method applies to the lower tray.
2. Soften the tray: Pour hot water (80–90°C) into a flat-bottomed container. The water depth should be sufficient to fully submerge the body of the tray while keeping the handle above the water. Soak the tray for 5–7 seconds, then remove it.
Tip: The tray becomes very soft at this stage; do not soak for too long. When lifting the tray, it is ready if the texture has softened, feels pliable/stretchy, and begins to deform slightly. 3. Mold the tray: Align the tray with your teeth, carefully and quickly place it over the gums, and maintain the suction action used in Step 1. Press the junction where the tray meets your teeth with your fingers to thin it out, while simultaneously using the tip of your tongue to press the tray firmly against the inner surface of your teeth.
Tip: Act quickly and avoid biting down hard. The tray may feel slightly warm, but it will not cause injury.
4. Trim the tray: After pressing for 10–15 seconds, remove the tray and rinse it with water. Use scissors to trim away excess material along the gum line (the boundary between teeth and gums) left on the tray, then cut off the handle.
Tip: Trim away the portion above the gum line so that the gel contacts only the teeth, preventing gum irritation.
5. Apply the gel: Evenly apply the gel to the outer surface of the tray (the side that contacts the teeth). A layer 0.5–1 mm thick is appropriate; ensure the gel evenly covers the entire outer contact surface.
Tip: Before applying the gel, wipe the inner surface of the tray dry with a soft tissue to ensure even application.
Teeth Whitening Tips:
1. Try to avoid smoking to prevent staining the tooth surface.
2. Remember to rinse your mouth after meals to remove any adhering bacteria or pigments.
3. Brush your teeth consistently morning and night; using a whitening toothpaste can enhance results.
4. Use dental floss correctly to prevent debris from accumulating between teeth.
5. Clean your teeth regularly—give them a "deep clean."
