【TIMEMORE M01 High-Performance Manual Coffee Grinder】This bar coffee grinder features a pineapple-shaped stainless steel bar for superior uniform grinding. By grinding coffee beans quickly and consistently, it extracts optimal flavor. It supports various brewing methods, including paper drip (pour-over coffee), French press, and espresso. It's a versatile hand coffee grinder perfect for home use and travel.
【External Grind Size Adjustment】The M01's external adjustment dial was perfected after hundreds of hours of prototyping and fine-tuning. A single twist allows for 100 levels of fine adjustment, providing a smooth operation similar to a camera lens. Five metal parts, machined with precision akin to lens polishing, blend together seamlessly, quietly adjusting the grind size with each click.
【Φ44mm Pineapple Blade】While many grinders widen the "width" to achieve a uniform grind, the M01 focuses on "height." Featuring a unique vertically extended shape, this grinder achieves a grinding path comparable to a 64mm flat blade. Combining the uniformity of a flat blade with the aroma-enhancing properties of a conical blade, the pineapple blade blends the best of both worlds, resulting in a light and smooth rotation that brings out the true flavor of the beans.
【Unparalleled Blade Gap Tolerance】The M01's blades are made from SUS420 stainless steel, known for its superior hardness and durability. Machined with 5-axis CNC to an accuracy of 0.005mm, each unit is meticulously assembled by hand. At its finest setting, it achieves a record-breaking gap tolerance of 0.0725mm. This results in a grind with minimal fine powder and a tight particle size distribution, delivering a clean taste.
【Meticulous Design and Finish】Custom bearings, designed for precision and stability, minimize runout to just 3μm, ensuring smooth and wobble-free rotation. Furthermore, the rotation lock mechanism securely locks the catch cup in place with a satisfying click. Available in two finishes: black aluminum and American walnut. The fully removable design makes cleaning easy.
