Please confirm your phone's compatibility with public protocols before ordering to avoid failure to trigger fast charging!
2. Regarding the motherboard overheating issue during charging, when the power bank is working, current flows through the motherboard and chips, resulting in energy conversion losses. These losses are dissipated as heat. During fast charging, the higher power output causes more noticeable heat generation; this is a normal physical phenomenon.
3. The digital display of the battery level may be inaccurate immediately after connecting the battery. The fuel gauge supports a battery capacity self-learning function and will return to normal after a few charge/discharge cycles.
