Can it be used without gel or serum? To properly transmit EMS stimulation, we recommend using gel or serum. If your skin is dry, you may feel the stimulation more intensely or less intensely. Please ensure your skin is adequately moistened during use.
How long can it be used on a full charge? Depending on the setting level, it can be used for approximately 80 minutes of continuous use when fully charged. If you use it for about 5 to 10 minutes for self-care, you can use it multiple times. If the battery level is low, the EMS stimulation may feel weaker. In that case, please charge it with a USB Type-C cable.
Is it okay to use it on the face every day? Aim for a usage time of less than 10 minutes per session. Please check your skin condition and how you feel the stimulation while using it. If you notice any abnormalities in your skin during or after use, please stop using it immediately.
Can the main unit be washed with water? The main unit cannot be washed with water. Do not immerse it in water or wash it under running water. To clean the head part, wipe it with a dry soft cloth or a soft cloth that has been dampened and wrung out. If moisture enters the interior of the main unit, it may cause malfunctions.
