The product was excellent. The delivery was bad because on your tracking page the delivery was changing constantly and even rolled back... When the product exceeded its estimated delivery date, you changed the next expected date to 3 months later, before the warranty period.!!! Seeing this, I did not expect to receive it so I bought a lower quality (after all) alternative from local market and the next day I received it after all...! You need to fix your delivery estimation / tracking system or something. It is the worst I have seen. Plus, (this is for your record and if you can change) the local courier you have selected in Greece (ACS) is the worst in Greece since they never deliver at the shipping address but always, ALWAYS at a delivery locker of their choice, unless if you spot their notification quickly and propose a different locker... Not to change to the shipping address... They lock this option... Again, last part is for your info and record, if you can change local courier.

This time I was right and ordered the case for the correct model. In three weeks it has arrived perfectly packaged. The quality of the product is very good, it fits the tablet, the seams are very neat and the interior is padded. In short: a good purchase and a highly recommended product.

The cutouts for the buttons are idiotic, uncomfortable. The case is at least a millimeter higher than the tablet, which results in frames that interfere. So as not to scratch the tablet - it works, but just a bag would also work. To work comfortably - absolutely not.

Fits well and automatically wakes up the kindle when open. Not sure if it will hold for long but seems okay for now. And it is very smelly, so better research how to clean the factory odours. Will try with dish soap or maybe keeping in a container with coffee.
