Product Description: V-Label International Vegan Glasting Melting Balm is a moisturizing balm containing plant-based moisturizing oils that won't dry out your skin. It gives you a transparent and soft watery glow without feeling stuffy. It's a balm that boasts vivid color, and it gives off vivid color as soon as you apply it. With the elastic texture of the moisture retention system, it forms a highly moisturizing protective film to block moisture.

How to use: Gently apply to the lip line. If you increase or decrease a large amount, it may separate, so use only a small amount.
