Extracted from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands. This spray absorbs quickly into the skin and is great for daily use. Naturopaths recommend using magnesium oil daily.

Directions: Spray 4-5 times onto skin and massage into area. Add 2 oz to bath or foot bath and soak for 20-30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly after use.
