Directions for Use: 1. Tear along the perforated line to remove the cotton swab. 2. After checking the gel inside the cotton swab, insert it into your nose and gently apply it as if wiping it. (After tearing along the perforated line, roll a cotton swab inside the pouch to evenly apply the formulation before use.)
