[How to Use] Pre-wash with lukewarm water (36-38°C) and use approximately two pumps of NILE Damage Care Shampoo. Since lathering will vary depending on hair length, volume, and styling products, we recommend gradually increasing the amount by 0.5 pumps if you feel like you need more. Massage your scalp with the pads of your fingers and rinse thoroughly. While the damage treatment leaves your hair feeling moisturized, it will not harm your scalp. After rinsing, lightly drain your hair and apply approximately 3-4 pumps of NILE Damage Care Treatment. If you feel like you need more, we recommend gradually increasing the amount by one pump the next time you use it. After applying the shampoo, leave it on for approximately 3 minutes, then rinse from the scalp to the ends.
