Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol 5 mcg) 200 IU

Directions

Infant Dosage: Up to 12 months: 0.5 mL (200 IU) daily

12 months +: 1 mL (400 IU) daily

Or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Rinse the enclosed dosing device

with hot water before and after each use.

Administer directly into your baby's mouth or

add to milk, water, or food.
