The only difference between the cards is the font. Using the font name and its explanation as a hint, players compete to grab the correct card as quickly as possible in this karuta game.
The theme is fonts that are familiar to everyone. You can play even if you don't know the font name. Use the hints to find the correct card. You will also gain knowledge about fonts while playing.
This is the Latin alphabet version of the popular Japanese font version of "Font Karuta," which was released in 2017.
Japanese/English Bilingual. The reading cards and instructions are written in both Japanese and English, so you can play in English too.

How to play: One person is chosen to be the reader, and the cards are spread out on the table. Players do not take turns, and compete simultaneously. The reader reads out the font name and explanation of the card, and players try to find the card that uses the font that was read out and take it as quickly as possible. The game ends when there is only one card left. The player who has collected the most cards wins. You can check whether the card you picked is correct by checking the font name written on the back.
