How to Use: For cold beverages: Place the Gel Pack in the freezer or refrigerator until it reaches the desired temperature. Apply directly to the affected area. If too cold, wrap the Gel Pack in a towel. It's the perfect soothing remedy for bruises, swelling, minor cuts and burns, insect bites, fever, and after-sun care. Warming method: Place the gel pack in hot water and let it sit until it reaches the desired temperature. Apply directly to the affected area. It has a soothing effect that relieves muscle pain and stiffness, canker sores, and other growing pains. Warming method (microwave): Wrap the gel pack in a damp towel and microwave on a setting below 800W for 15 seconds. Microwaves vary, so add more in 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Before reheating, check all parts of the pack to ensure no part is too hot. Stir the gel pack to evenly distribute the heat. Then, microwave at 180º. Do not overheat. Cleaning instructions: Wash with warm, soapy water after use.
