Up the soft glam vibes with this glitter-packed liquid eyeshadow delivering everything from subtle shimmer to prismatic shine. The water-based formula blends out easily for a dreamy wash of color while leaving no sticky residue. The formula is vegan-friendly. It comes in three shades: #00 Heaven (silver), #01 Mauve (violet) and #02 Sunbeam (pinkish gold).
