It's not just a pedal that reproduces the tone of an existing amp; it's an amp in itself, delivering exquisite tone. The three control knobs function like an amp. Turning up the Volume knob not only increases the volume but also the gain, while raising the Master knob increases the volume and the saturation of the power amp. The standard Tone control offers a wide range of tone adjustment: turning clockwise increases the highs, and turning counterclockwise increases the lows. The control knobs have a wide range of adjustment so you can achieve satisfying tones with various pickup combinations. You can create the tone you want without losing the instrument's original tone, but extreme knob settings may cause noise depending on the instrument you connect.
