A milky water-emulsion toner formulated with 77.78% rice extract from Yeoju, Korea. It helps hydrate and soften the skin while supporting a clearer, more even-looking complexion with rice bran extract and niacinamide.
Shake well before use to blend the separate water and emulsion layers. The toner can be used as a daily wipe-off toner, patted in directly, or applied with cotton pads as a quick moisture pack.

How to Use
Shake the bottle well before each use to mix the water and emulsion layers.
After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad.
Gently sweep across the face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
Alternatively, apply directly with clean hands and pat until absorbed.
For dry areas, soak cotton pads with toner and place them on the skin for several minutes as a moisture pack.
