Fitness while adventuring Ring Fit Adventure is a fitness adventure game where you attach Joy-Con controllers to the included Ring-Con and Leg Band, wear them on your body, and play by moving your whole body. The Ring-Con and Leg Band recognize movements of various body parts such as the arms, shoulders, chest, stomach, back, buttocks, and legs, and synchronize with the character in the game. You can exercise in a variety of styles, starting with "Adventure," a long-term fitness program that's fun and easy to stick with, while exploring a fantasy world; "Mini-Games," which are easy to start with; and "Set Menus," which involve playing a set of fitness exercises in sequence. This product is not covered by the manufacturer's repair service. Ring Fit Adventure does not support handheld mode and therefore cannot be played on a Nintendo Switch Lite.
