Item not as described, child disappointed, as was I. This is not the mascot that was visible in the offer. It was supposed to be a gift for my son, who wanted to receive it for his birthday. If I had known I would receive a different one, I would not have ordered it on Joom, as such ones in other stores are three times cheaper, and it was supposed to be the one from the last picture.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the picture. My daughter was so excited about it and then the doll simply didn't look like it did in the picture at all. The face is completely different and the colors are also unfortunately not correct. Very disappointing

Another doll arrives, it doesn't match the photo, it's a scam. It's for my great-niece's birthday, I'm disappointed. I don't have time to return it and buy the original anymore. 😒

Totally nothing like the description and presentation. Exactly same model could have gotten from my country for a 3rd of the price. Very disappointed.
