[Product Description]

This sencha is made by steaming the tea leaves for a significantly longer time than usual deep steaming, resulting in less bitterness and a mellow, gentle taste.

The color is rich and thick (the color is deep, but the bitterness and astringency are mild).

Pour the tea by swirling the teapot to brew it vividly.

It is recommended to use hot water at about 80°C (slightly cooled water) and a generous amount of tea leaves.

The tea comes in a resealable bag, making it easy to store airtight.

It is additive-free and color-free for peace of mind.

Produced and sold directly by Sonoda Tea, we process, roast, and package the tea leaves from Shizuoka at our shop.
