This popular handheld strength gauge is charged via USB, which is more environmentally friendly, and can be used anywhere. Standard 2xAAA batteries (not included) can also be used.
Just turn on the hand force gauge and press start to measure immediately, and press the manual dynamometer with the force for at least 5 seconds. After testing, the LCD display automatically displays the value of the grip force, bar of the grip force is displayed in strong, normal or weak.
The grip strength device of the hand dynamometer can store up to 19 user-definable data.
