Safety Warning
This product has a sharp tip. Please be careful when installing and removing it. Also, since this product is made of steel, avoid contact with high temperatures and certain chemicals. When driving it into the ground, be careful not to damage underground power lines or gas pipes. Use the correct driving method to prevent the stake from coming loose.
These forged tent pegs are made by heating a round steel rod to approximately 1100°C until it's red-hot, then crushing it into an oval shape with a powerful force of about 1 ton. Applying immense pressure to the heated steel creates a peg with superior strength.
While conventional round pegs tend to spin around in the ground, making them inconvenient to use, these oval pegs penetrate well even into hard ground mixed with gravel and stones, and securely fix the ground without spinning.
Furthermore, the material is designed to be thicker in the direction of rope tension, ensuring exceptional strength.
The areas where the rope touches are trimmed to prevent burrs that could cut the rope, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
The chrome plating is extremely hard, glossy, and resistant to corrosion in the atmosphere. The total length is 280mm, a convenient size for use in any situation.
