Common Faults and Solutions:
1. Check whether the power supply is normally powered on. The indicator light on the power on display will show the temperature, but it will not light up if it is not powered on.
2. Under normal power on condition, the water is turned on, press the key, the machine starts heating, and the water heater displays the outlet water temperature.
3. If the temperature does not rise, there are 2 possibilities: one is that the temperature control (overheat ) inside the water heater jumps and can be recovered by pressing the temperature control ; the other is that the heating pipe is faulty and can be replaced.
4. If the display shows no heating, and the display shows that the marquee lamp turns around, it means that the water has not passed through the water heater, or the water pressure is too low, or the installation direction is wrong. Please note that the water inlet and outlet should be installed correctly, but if the water pressure is enough, and the water does not heat, then check the water inlet worm wheel of the water heater. It may be that there is something dirty that is stuck in the worm wheel, causing the water heater to not start.
5. The length of the water outlet pipe of the water heater is recommended not to exceed 3 meters. If the length of the water outlet pipe exceeds 3 meters, the water pressure difference may occur due to the length of the water pipe. If the water pressure is not enough, the water can not be started (If the water tower is used in rural areas, the height of the water tower is required to be higher than 10m to make the water pressure the starting value).
6. The display screen shows E1 overtemperature, E3 E4 or temperature sensor failure. First cut off the power, pass the machine through with cold water, and then use it after powering on. Pay attention to the use of water not too small at ordinary times.
7. The heating tube fault displays E2, and the heating tube needs to be replaced.
