■THE NEW STANDARD In addition to the 5-position selector and focus switch, we have a lineup of 2 types of pickups. Revstar's new standard model with a wide range of sounds.

■ Chamber processing based on “acoustic design” Chamber processing was applied based on Yamaha's acoustic analysis process “Acoustic Design,” to achieve rich sound and reduced body weight. Furthermore, rigidity and sound are improved by inserting carbon material into the neck.

■5-position selector In selector positions 2 and 4, you can get a sound like the halftone of a normal 3 single-coil guitar without lowering the volume.

■Focus switch The push-pull tone knob is Yamaha's original “focus switch.” It has the effect of increasing the number of turns on the pickup, and aggressive tone changes that emphasize the mid and low frequencies are possible.

■Selectable pickups The lineup includes RSS20 with humbucker, RSS20L, and RSS02T equipped with a P-90 type single coil. Both are pickups developed independently by Yamaha, and feature powerful sound with Alnico V magnets.
