B38 Boro Stole Indigo Dye Patchwork Sewing Sashiko Old Fabric Remake
I created a stole made from old cloth with the image of Japanese boro.
A patchwork of various lattices and plain indigo dyes is based on the old indigo-dyed latticework.
Everything is hand sewn.
I am sashikoting with kasuri thread.
The patchwork is done on one side, so if you fold it in half, you can enjoy a variety of ways to join and wrap the simple indigo dye.
Recommended for interior decoration and as a remake material.
Old cloth has its own unique characteristics such as fading and scratches, so no two pieces can be made the same.
You can enjoy the one-of-a-kind original in the world.
Can be used as old cloth, rags, stray clothes, or vintage fashion items.
Recommended for those who like sashiko and kimono remakes.
You can enjoy it as an accent to a simple outfit.
It can be used by men as well.
Please enjoy this opportunity to enjoy Japanese tradition.
If you like unique items that are different from others, how about a one-of-a-kind niche stole?
To prevent fraying, please wash on gentle cycle using a net.
