Naturini camelina oil is pressed to order from carefully selected seeds Camelina sativa, also known as rice, saffron milk cap, or flaxseed. Thanks to the optimal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 acids, flaxseed oil reduces the risk of cancer.

Camelina oil is a rich source of vitamins, especially vitamin E, a natural antioxidant that eliminates harmful free radicals from the body.

Camelina oil has a golden or reddish-brown color and a slightly nutty, bitter taste. It can be used as an addition to:

• Herring with onion and garlic

• Bread - instead of butter or margarine, delicious for dipping bread

• Cottage cheese and Dr. Budwig's cottage cheese paste

• Yogurts, fruit and vegetable cocktails, morning oatmeal, cereals
