Mustard oil has a golden color and a slightly nutty, bitter flavor. It can be used as an addition to:

• bread - instead of butter or margarine, delicious for dipping bread

• yogurts, fruit and vegetable cocktails, morning oatmeal, cereals

• pouring over cooked vegetables and summer dishes: rice, potatoes, fish, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, as an addition to soups
