➡ Connect one side of V1 and V2 to the hydraulic motor using four M8x40 Allen screws. Analogous outputs on the other side of V1 and V2 for supply and return, e.g. to sections in the hydraulic distributor or rear sockets on the tractor.
Dual Cross Relief Valve
The dual cross relief valve is a compact element that protects the hydraulic system against excessive pressure in two directions of operation. Its design uses two independent relief valves connected in a "cross-line" configuration, thanks to which the valve responds to overloads occurring in both port A and port B.
The valve automatically discharges excess hydraulic oil when the pressure on either port exceeds the set value. This protects hydraulic motors and double-acting cylinders against damage resulting from load inertia, sudden changes in direction of movement, and shock loads.
• stable and precise adjustment of the tripping pressure,
• quick response to strokes pressure,
• quiet operation and high durability,
• both sides can be adjusted independently,
• easy installation directly on the lines or at the receiver (e.g. hydraulic motor).
The valve is widely used in mobile and industrial hydraulics - including in hydraulic motor systems, grippers, winches, double-acting cylinders, and control systems for agricultural and construction machines.

To tank / return line (T)
• Port A and Port B – connection to the receiver (motor, actuator).
• Two relief valves – each securing one flow direction.
• When the pressure in A or B exceeds the set threshold, the corresponding valve opens and discharges excess oil to the return T, protecting the system against overload.
